About Us

We are located in the Sabal Ridge Shopping Center next to Carraba's Grill at the Northeast corner of US 19 and Nebraska Ave. Since 1991,we have treated patients of all ages for a variety of conditions including neck and back pain, headaches, auto/sports injuries, sciatica, referred arm pain/sciatica, arthritis and fibromyalgia. X-ray, massage therapy and physical therapy are performed in the clinic. All chiropractic examination and treatment is performed by Dr. Levin.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality chiropractic care in a warm and caring environment. We strive to not just relieve pain, but to correct the underlying cause of a condition while educating patients how they may enhance their health and well being, thus preventing future problems.

The office runs right on schedule...No Waiting! If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
